James P. (J.P) Connor II

Growing up in a entrepreneur based family from Canton, Ohio, JP enlisted in the Army in 1981 where he completed 2 commands as a Artillery Field Officer resulting in advancements to completing his service as a Captain. During this time, he was able to also attend Kent State University for an Engineering Co-op.

In 1985, he attended the Ohio State University for finance and completed his BA of Finance from the University of Cincinnati in 1986. He was employed by Met Life where he quickly flourished resulting in a management position. He made the decision to become an independent advisor in 1994 and has been doing so successfully ever since. 

In his personal time, JP enjoys traveling, concerts, and sporting events. He is an extensive conversationalist and is willing to speak on many various subjects.
